Cold-spotting principle – High pressure air (8-10 bar) sprays water (for water soluble stains) or spotting products (for specific stain) through the stained fibre and allows soiling to be removed.
Dampness is then immediately removed with the airgun: therefore no rings. Most stains respond to water and spotting agents may be used where desired. Their use is, however, drastically reduced with “cold spotting”. |
