Mindef Tower B project is a 23-storey building which our contract involves undertaking the package of Airconditioning and Mechanical Ventilation System comprising of 6 units water-cooled screw chillers, 2500TR capacity.

Each level is served by 2 nos. of air handling units and the air distribution system is handled by VAV boxes for better energy saving.

The ACMV system is controlled by the building automation system.
